The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 130(8), 131(2) to (5), 134(1)(a) and (2) and 160(1) of the Transport Act 2000(1).
2000 c. 38. Section 134 was amended by section 42 of the Local Transport Act 2008 (c. 26).
