21.—(1) The Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991 are amended as follows.
(2) For the heading to rule 31 substitute—
“Direction to local authority to apply for education supervision order”
(3) In rule 31 for “local education authority” in both places where the words occur substitute “local authority”.
(4) In paragraph 1 of Form C 17 in Schedule 1(1)—
(a)after “Prior consultation” insert “(where applicable)”,
(b)for “State the name of the local authority whose Social Services Committee has been consulted” substitute “State the name of any other local authority which has been consulted”, and
(c)before “local authority” (in the second and third places where those words occur) insert “other”.
(5) In each of forms C 37 and C 38 in Schedule 1 for “local education authority” substitute “local authority.
(6) In column (iii) (respondents) of Schedule 2, (in the entry relating to section 36(1) etc.) for “local education authority” substitute “local authority”.
Appendix 1 was substituted by S.I. 1994/3155.
