The Port of Bristol (Deep Sea Container Terminal) Harbour Revision Order 2010

First Corporate Shipping Limited has applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964(1) and in accordance with section 7(5) of the Pilotage Act 1987(2);

Objections to the making of the Order were received and have now been withdrawn and the Secretary of State is satisfied as mentioned in section 14(2)(b) of the Harbours Act 1964;

The Secretary of State (being the appropriate Minister under section 14(7) of that Act(3)), in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and now vested in the Secretary of State, makes the following Order—
