34. Where the special administrator intends to apply to the court under paragraph 79 of Schedule B1 (as applied by the 2009 Order)(1) for the special administration to cease before the statement of proposals is sent to creditors in accordance with paragraph 49 of Schedule B1, the special administrator must, at least 10 days before making the application, send to all known creditors of the society a report containing the information required by Rule 29(2).

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. They aim to make the Statutory Instrument accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Statutory Instrument or Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament from June 2004 onwards.
