9. In paragraph 30(1) of Schedule 1 to the Water Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991 (offences under the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975) M1—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “a consent under Chapter II of Part III of the Water Resources Act 1991 or” substitute “ an environmental permit under regulation 13 of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 or a consent ”; and
(b)in paragraph (b), after “such a” insert “ permit or ”.

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
