The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A(3) and (4) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000(1), make the following Order.
In accordance with section 4A(8) of that Act the Treasury have consulted, where they think it appropriate, the Scottish Ministers, the Department for Finance and Personnel for Northern Ireland and the Welsh Ministers.
2000 c. 20. Relevant amendments to this Act were made by the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 (c.25), section 43(2), (3) and (4); the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2004 (c.14), section 1(1) and Schedule 1, Part 9; and by the following instruments: S.I. 2004/2947, S.I. 2008/948.
