1. These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Pensions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.
2.—(1) The Teachers’ Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1994(1) are amended in accordance with Schedule 1.
(2) The Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 2010(2) are amended in accordance with Schedule 2.
