Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(2) and 5(9) of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:

1967 c.13. Section 4 was substituted by section 1(1) of the Parliamentary and Health Service Commissioners Act 1987 (c.39). Section 5(9) was inserted by section 1(1) of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1994 (c.14).
