4. The benefits prescribed under section 130(7)(d) of the 2012 Act are—
(a)attendance allowance under section 64 of the Contributions and Benefits Act(1);
(b)disability living allowance under section 71 of the Contributions and Benefits Act(2)
(c)income-based jobseeker’s allowance within the meaning given in section 1(4) of the Jobseekers Act 1995(3);
(d)income-related employment and support allowance payable in accordance with section 1(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007(4);
(e)income support under section 124 of the Contributions and Benefits Act(5); and
(f)state pension credit under section 1 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002(6).
Section 64 is amended by section 66(1) of the Welfare Reform & Pensions Act 1999 (c.30).
Section 71 is amended by section 67(1) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999.
1995 c.18. The definition is amended by Schedule 7 to the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999.
Section 124 is amended by section 41(4) and (5) of, and paragraph 30 of Schedule 2 and Schedule 3, to the Jobseekers Act 1995 (c.18), section 70 of, and paragraph 28 of Part IV of Schedule 8 to, the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999, sections 14 and 21 of, and paragraphs 1, 2(1), (2) and (3) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 to, the State Pension Credit Act 2002 (c.16), section 254(1) of, and paragraph 42 of Part 3 of Schedule 24 to, the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (c.33), sections 28(1) and 67 of, and paragraph 9(1), (9) and (10) of Schedule 3 and Schedule 8 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (c.5).
