The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A(7B) and (7C) and 190 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989(1), makes the following Regulations:
1989 c. 42. Section 3A was inserted by section 202 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (c. 28). Subsections (7A) to (7C) were inserted by paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the Localism Act 2011 (c. 20) which made other amendments to section 3A.
