The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173(4), (8)(c) and (9)(a) of the Education and Skills Act 2008(1).

2008 c. 25. Section 173(9) and (10) were substituted by section 74 of the Education Act 2011 (c. 21).
