The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the European Union (Croatian Accession and Irish Protocol) Act 2013(1).
In accordance with section 5(1) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
