The Minister for the Civil Service makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 1A(4) and (7) of the Superannuation Act 1972(1).
1972 c.11. Section 1A was inserted by the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (c.25), Schedule 9 paragraph 3. These provisions came into force on the day on which the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 was passed (section 41(1)(a) of that Act).
