Murder
1. Murder.
Attempted murder
2. An offence under section 1 of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981(1) of attempting to commit murder.
Soliciting murder
3. An offence under section 4 of the Offences against the Person Act 1861(2).
Manslaughter
4. Manslaughter.
Kidnapping
5. Kidnapping.

1981 c. 47. Section 1 was amended by section 7(3) of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (c. 18) and by paragraph 58 of Schedule 21 to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (c. 25).
