The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(1).
In accordance with that section the Lord Chancellor has consulted with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
1992 c.53; section 9(3A) was inserted by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c.15), section 48(1) and paragraphs 23 and 28 of Schedule 8; section 9(4) was amended by S.I. 1999/678; section 9(5) was inserted by the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 17); section 9(6) was inserted by S.I. 2010/976.
