There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces Compensation Scheme (Consequential Provisions: Subordinate Legislation) Order 2013, Paragraph 5.
5.—(1) The Council Tax (Discount Disregards) Order 1992(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3(2) (the severely mentally impaired), after sub-paragraph (l)(2) insert—
“(m)armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011.”.
