Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(2) of the Local Government Finance Act 2012(1).
A draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 20(3) of that Act.
