21. In Part 1 of Schedule 6 to the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 (capital to be disregarded generally)(1), after paragraph 26E insert—
“26F. Any payments to a claimant made under section 49 of the Children and Families Act 2014 (personal budgets and direct payments)”.
