22. In regulation 1(2) of the Childcare Act 2006 (Childcare Assessments) Regulations 2007 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in the definition of “special educational needs”, for “section 312 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “section 20(1) of the Children and Families Act”.
