2006 c. 13: by virtue of section 63(3A), inserted by section 54(7) of the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c. 48), the power in section 63(3) to extend the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 to territories covered by it includes both extension with the amendments and repeals made by the Police and Justice Act 2006 and extension without those amendments and repeals.
