10. Without prejudice to paragraphs 1 to 8, an official label may contain such further statements—U.K.
(a)concerning the field generation to which the seed potatoes belong;
(b)as required or permitted to be included in an official label in accordance with any provision of these Regulations F1...; or
(c)as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
