11.  Where the field generation is not indicated on the official label, seed potatoes are deemed to belong to— U.K.

(a) in the case of pre-basic seed potatoes, the fourth generation;

(b) in the case of basic seed potatoes—

(i) of [F1 GB] grade S, the fifth generation;

(ii) of [F1 GB] grade SE, the sixth generation;

(iii) of [F1 GB] grade E, the seventh generation;

(c) in the case of certified seed potatoes of Union grade A or Union grade B, the ninth generation.
