The Charities (People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals) Order 2015

The Charity Commission for England and Wales has settled the scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order in accordance with section 73(1)(a) of the Charities Act 2011(1) with a view to its being given effect under section 73(2) of that Act.

The scheme does not alter any statutory provision contained in, or having effect under, any public general Act of Parliament.

The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 73(2) of the Charities Act 2011(2):
