13.—(1) The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 45O (enforcement of Part 2A orders)(1), in subsection (2), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.
(3) In section 63 (offence of wilful obstruction)(2), in subsection (2)(b), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.

Section 63 was substituted by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (c.14), Schedule 11, paragraph 19.
