Article 6

SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

1.  In Article 4(3)(a) of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994(1) after the words “section 233” insert “and section 233A”.

2.  In Schedule 4 to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001(2) after the entry relating to section 233 insert—

“Section 233A to the extent that that section applies in the case of a voluntary arrangement taking effect”.

3.  In Schedule 2 to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Scotland) Regulations 2001(3) after the entry relating to section 233 insert—

“Section 233A to the extent that that section applies in the case of a voluntary arrangement taking effect”.

4.  In section 145 of the Banking Act 2009(4), in Table 2 after the entry for section 233 insert—

“Section 233A

Further protection of utilities”

5.  In regulation 15 of the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011(5), in Table 2 after the entry for section 233 insert—

“Section 233A

Further protection of utilities”
