1980 c. 66; see section 31(14) for the definition of “prescribed”. Subsections (6C) and (14) were inserted by section 13 of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (c. 27).
2006 c. 26; see section 15A(9) for the definition of “prescribed”. Section 61(1) defines “regulations” as regulations made by the appropriate national authority, and “appropriate national authority” as the Secretary of State in relation to England. Section 15A was inserted by section 15 of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013.
