In Schedule 2 after “the A6 Parishes of Hathern, Long Whatton and Kegworth (from its junction with the B5234, Parish of Hathern, to its junction with the A453” insert “east of the M1 motorway, between M1 Junction 23A and M1 Junction 24”.

In Schedule 3 replace all references to “A6” with “A50”.

(ii) Opening of the new roads shown coloured green between points 8-9, 10-11 and 12-13 as shown on the highway classifications plans (Document 2.5A).
