21.—(1) Section 510 (resolution removing auditors from office) is amended as follows.
(2) For subsection (4) substitute—
“(4) An auditor may not be removed from office before the expiration of his term of office except—
(a)by resolution under this section, or
(b)in accordance with section 511A.”.
