There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Air Navigation Order 2016, Paragraph 16.
16. A [F1non-Part-21] aircraft which, immediately before the commencement of this Order, was fitted with equipment in conformity with article 37 of the Air Navigation Order 2009 is deemed to meet the requirements of article 77 of this Order.
