Section 195(2) was amended by the Road Safety Act 2006, sections 42 and 59, Schedule 6 (paragraphs 1 and 30) and Schedule 7 (paragraph 14). At the date of these Regulations being made, these provisions are yet to be commenced in respect of this amendment.
