1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 10th April 2017.
2. The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983(1) (“the Scheme”) is amended as follows.
3. For the table in Schedule 3 to the Scheme substitute the table in Schedule 1 to this Order.
4. For the table in Schedule 4 to the Scheme substitute the table in Schedule 2 to this Order.
