Textual Amendments

F11978 c.23. Subsection (3) of section 7 was substituted by paragraph 12 of Schedule 4 to the Northern Ireland Act 2009 (c.3).

F21943 c.39. Paragraph 2 to the Schedule to this Act was amended by paragraph 39 of Schedule 6 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (c. 8); s. 60(1) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c.19); paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c.4) and by S.I. 2008/2833.

F3Paragraph 2B of the Schedule was inserted by s. 60(3) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 and amended by paragraph 28(5) to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 and by S.I. 2008/2833.

F4S.I. 1998/1506 (N.I. 10). Article 7(1) was amended by paragraph 30(2) of Schedule 4 to the Northern Ireland Act 2009 (c.3).
