M1The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 .
In accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
