Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89D, 89E and 89F(1) of the Bills of Exchange Act 1882(1).
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 89F(3) of that Act.
1882 c. 61. Sections 89A to 89F were inserted by section 13 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (c. 26).
