The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 125A(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980(1), makes the following Order:
1980 c. 43; section 125A(3) was inserted by the Access to Justice Act 1999 (c. 22), section 92, and amended by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15), Schedule 13, paragraphs 45 and 58(1), (2).
