101. In each of the following provisions of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Schemes that were Contracted-out) (No. 2) Regulations 2015(1), for “as a married couple” substitute “as if they were a married couple or civil partners”—
(a)regulation 22(4)(b) and (c) and (4A)(b);
(b)regulation 27A(3)(b)(i).
