8.—(1) — Part 25 (interim remedies and security for costs) M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In rule 25.13, in paragraph (2)(a)(ii)—
(a)omit “a Brussels Contracting State, a State bound by the Lugano Convention,”; and
(b)omit “or a Regulation State”.
