9.—(1) — Part 30 (transfer) M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In rule 30.8, in paragraph (1), for “of—” and sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), substitute “ of Chapter I or II of Part I of the Competition Act 1998 M2 ”.
