1A.—(1) A person who operates or occupies relevant premises [F2in an area which is not part of the [F3Tier 2 area F4...]] [F5or of the Tier 3 area F4...] must, during the emergency period, take all reasonable measures to ensure that—
(a)no bookings are accepted for a group of more than six persons unless one of the exemptions in [F6paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to] the Principal Regulations applies;
(b)no persons are admitted to the premises in a group of more than six, unless one of the exemptions in [F7paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to] the Principal Regulations applies;
(c)no person joins another group or otherwise acts in a way which would contravene the Principal Regulations.
[F8(1A) A person who operates or occupies relevant premises in the [F9Tier 2 area F10...] must, during the emergency period, take all reasonable measures to ensure that—

(b)no persons are admitted to the premises in—
(i)a group of more than six, where the group is to be located outdoors, unless one of the exceptions in [F13paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations] applies, or
(ii)a group of two or more persons, where the group is to be located indoors, unless one of the exceptions in [F14paragraph 4 or 5 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations] applies;
(c)no person joins another group or otherwise acts in a way which would contravene the [F15Principal] Regulations.]
