(a)in paragraph (2)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (b), for “(j)” substitute “(i)”;
(ii)omit sub-paragraph (c);
(b)in paragraph (5)—
(i)in sub-paragraphs (b)(ii) and (c), for ““Member State of registry”” substitute ““competent authority of the Member State of registry””;
(ii)omit sub-paragraph (d).
