23. In regulation 256(4) (amendment of Subpart A of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014)—
(a)for sub-paragraph (b)(ii), substitute—
“(ii)omit point (7)”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (c)(i) for ““Member State”” substitute ““competent authority””.
