Coming into force in accordance with rule 1
The Tribunal Procedure Committee makes the following Rules, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007(1), having consulted in accordance with paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to that Act.
The Lord Chancellor has allowed the Rules in accordance with paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
2007 c. 15. Paragraph 12(2)(b) of Schedule 5 was amended by paragraph 52(1)(b) of Schedule 9 to the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (c. 22); paragraph 14 of Schedule 5 was amended by S.S.I. 2010/220; paragraph 21 of Schedule 5 was amended by S.I. 2013/2042; paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 was amended, and paragraph 28A was inserted, by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Courts and Tribunals (Judiciary and Functions of Staff) Act 2018 (c. 33).
