Article 3(2)(c)

SCHEDULE 1The part of the area of the Council of the City of Stoke-on-Trent designated as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and special enforcement area

The whole of the area of the Council of the City of Stoke-on-Trent except—

(a)the A50 for the whole of its length within the City from grid reference SJ8784643700 to SJ9441241467, excluding its associated slip roads; and

(b)the A500 for the whole of its length within the City from grid reference SJ8640846909 to SJ8593242391, excluding its associated slip roads.

Article 3(2)(d)

SCHEDULE 2The part of the area of Surrey County Council designated as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and special enforcement area

1.  The whole of the area of Surrey County Council except—

(a)the roads forming the parts of the strategic road network listed in paragraph 2; and

(b)the roads owned by, or under the control of, the Secretary of State for Defence listed in paragraph 3.

Roads on the strategic road network

2.—(1) The M3 motorway and its associated slip roads for the whole of its length within the County from grid reference TQ103703 to the boundary with the area of Hampshire County Council at grid reference SU866581.

(2) The A30 from the boundary with the London Borough of Hounslow at grid reference TQ072730 to its junction with the M25 motorway at grid reference TQ023727, including the circulatory carriageway at the roundabout junction of the A30, the A308 and the A3044 at grid reference TQ043719.

(3) The A316 and its associated slip roads from the boundary with the London Borough of Hounslow at grid reference TQ108706 to its junction with the M3 motorway at grid reference TQ103703.

(4) The M25 motorway and its associated slip roads for the whole of its length within the County from the boundary with the area of Kent County Council at grid reference TQ428546 to the boundary with the London Borough of Hillingdon at grid reference TQ036753.

(5) The M23 motorway and its associated slip roads for the whole of its length within the County from the boundary with the area of West Sussex County Council at grid reference TQ305416 to its merging points with the A23 near the northern boundary of the County at grid reference TQ289545.

(6) The A23 from the northern boundary of the County with the London Borough of Croydon at grid reference TQ289573 to its merging points with the M23 motorway near Glebe Road at grid reference TQ289545.

(7) The A3 and its associated slip roads for the whole of its length within the County from the boundary with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames at grid reference TQ178654 to the boundary with the area of Hampshire County Council at grid reference SU871339.

Roads owned by or under the control of Secretary of State for Defence

3.  All roads owned by, or under the control of, the Secretary of State for Defence within the County including—

(a)Aisne Road from grid reference SU910583 to SU911582;

(b)Alma Gardens from grid reference—

(i)SU909578 to SU913577; and

(ii)SU910579 to SU913578;

(c)Canada Road from grid reference SU909577 to SU910576;

(d)Cyprus Road from grid reference SU908576 to SU910580;

(e)Dettingen Road from grid reference SU913577 to SU914579;

(f)Epsom Close from grid reference SU872617 to SU872619;

(g)Keogh Close from grid reference SU897545 to SU900545;

(h)Malta Road from grid reference SU909578 to SU910578;

(i)Minorca Avenue from grid reference SU910584 to SU911585;

(j)Newfoundland Road from grid reference SU905577 to SU911577;

(k)Normandy Close from grid reference SU910576 to SU910577;

(l)Overlord Close from grid reference SU870616 to SU870617; and

(m)Union Road from grid reference SU909576 to SU909577.
