The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations(1) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72A(2), 77A(3)(a), 77B(5)(a), 307(1)(b) and 315(2) of the Pensions Act 2004(2).

In accordance with section 317(1) of the Pensions Act 2004, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as she considers appropriate.

2004 c.35. Sections 72A, 77A and 77B of the Pensions Act 2004 were inserted by sections 110 and 112 of the Pension Schemes Act 2021 (c. 1).
