Regulations made by the Secretary of State, laid before Parliament under sections 9(6) and 26(5) to (7) of the Energy Prices Act 2022 (c. 44), for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament within twenty-eight days beginning with the day on which the Regulations were made, subject to extension for periods of dissolution, prorogation or adjournment for more than four days.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1) to (4) and 26(2) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Energy Prices Act 2022(1).
