1. In the Hovercraft (General) Order 1972(1)—
(a)in article 7A, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004(2)” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022(3)”;
(b)in article 17A, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 1996(4)” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.

S.I. 1972/674. Article 7A was inserted by S.I. 1996/3173 and amended by S.I. 2004/302. Article 17A was inserted by S.I. 1996/3173. There are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
