The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 368Z14(7) of the Communications Act 2003(1).
2003 c. 21. Section 368Z14 was inserted by paragraph 3 of Schedule 18 to the Health and Care Act 2022 (c. 31).
