The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 256D of, and paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of Schedule A4 to, the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992(1).
A draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament in accordance with paragraph 8(4) of Schedule A4 to that Act and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
