Amendment of the Care and Support (Provision of Health Services) Regulations 2014

76.—(1) The Care and Support (Provision of Health Services) Regulations 2014(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1, in paragraph (2)—
(a)omit the definition of “the Board”;
(b)at the appropriate place insert—
““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the National Health Service Act 2006;”.
