Amendment of the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 2015

77.—(1) The National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 164—

(a)in paragraph (2)—

(i)in sub-paragraph (b) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”;
